Kavita Singh, M.D.
Dr. Kavita Singh graduated with honors from UCI with a degree in Biological Science and minors in Sociology and Philosophy. She then attended medical school at St. Louis University and went on to do her internal medicine residency and GI fellowship at Rush University Medical Center. After completing her training, she stayed in Chicago and worked at Swedish Hospital-Part of NorthShore. She was actively involved in medical education, training medical students, internal medicine residents and GI fellows. Dr. Singh was the Chair of Internal Medicine and went on to be the Division Head of GI for NorthShore University Health System. After nearly 20 years in Chicago, she decided to move back to Southern California to be closer to her family.
Dr. Singh treats a wide range of general GI conditions including but not limited to Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Cirrhosis, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, GERD, Celiac Disease, Constipation, Diarrhea, and Colon Cancer Screening.
